Selling your used caravan stock with Park Vista is simple and straight-forward. We have made the whole selling process as easy and transparent as possible giving you full control.
Once registered our sales team will contact you for onboarding onto the platform. We will give you all the support you need to get you started.
You can import stock direct from ParcVu, or add stock manually. From there you can create your auctions and choose which Traders can bid for your lots.
All auctions sales are legally binding and the Trader will have 14 days to complete the purchase and arrange for collection of the caravan.
There are no limits to the amount of auctions you create.

Becoming a Trader with Park Vista will give you access to thousands of caravans for sale from leading holiday parks throughout the UK.

You can bid for auctions, set a maximum bid amount, add auctions to a watchlist and much more. You will be notified at each stage of the auction.
All auctions sales are legally binding and you will have 14 days to complete the purchase and arrange for collection of the caravan.

The Park Vista Traders' Auction Platform is a trading platform that connects holiday park caravan sellers and caravan traders together in one, safe and simple-to-use marketplace.
Once registered, sellers can upload their caravan stock to the auction platform (either manually or automatically via a Park Management System such as ParcVu) and list caravans for sale. Sellers can select which Traders' are eligible to bid for lots or open the sale to all traders. Sellers can also list group lots.
Once registered and approved, Traders can search, bid and buy lots (unless a Seller has blocked a particular Trader from bidding). Traders can search for lots by region, type or price range and enter multiple auctions at once.
Once an auction begins our intelligent notification system will notify all parties at various stages of the auction process.
All auctions are legally binding. Once a Trader has won an auction a deposit is taken from the Trader online and both parties are notified. The Trader then has a maximum of 14-days to arrange transport and complete the sale.
Just like the auction process itself, Park Vista’s selling fees are open and transparent.
In order to fund the platform, all caravan sales are subject to a 5% commission up to a maximum of £499. There is a minimum sale fee of £50. As an introductory offer we are reducing this to 0% (Free) until the 30th September 2025.
The platform is free for Traders to register and use. You will have access to thousands of caravans all over the UK.

Sellers can expect higher sales revenues and Traders will have a much wider choice of caravans to choose from.
A boosted listing allows you to promote your auction within the Park Vista platform to increase the profile of your sale. This is a paid service and can be managed within the platform.
Absolutely, you can protect your sale by adding a reserve price, and add a Buy-It-Now price if required. If your reserve price isn’t met you can choose to automatically relist the lot.
You can set your auction to auto-renew if it fails to sell, you may also want to try to Boost the auction to increase the chances of a sale.
Sellers can withdraw lots (for example if the lot is sold from a different channel); however, fees may be applicable.
No, Park Vista is a closed platform. Holiday Park Sellers and Traders must be registered and approved with Park Vista before they can list or bid for a lot.
You can list as many caravans as you like. You can even list bulk lots.
All auctions are legally binding and Traders have a legal obligation to complete the sale and collect the caravan within 14 days. If the sale agreement is broken, Sellers can follow the standard legal process. If Park Vista receives complaints about Sellers or Traders we will investigate and remove any party from the platform at our own discretion.
Disputes regarding the sale are to be managed between the Seller and Trader. If Park Vista receives complaints about Sellers or Traders we will investigate and remove offenders from the platform.
